VENDOR CHECK-IN & SETUP
Vendor check-in will begin at 7:00 AM on Saturday. Please allow plenty of time to check in, unload, find your assigned space and have your booth ready for the day.

YOUR VENDOR SPACE
Each vendor will receive a 10' x 10' space. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table(s), chairs and everything needed for their booth setup and display. We encourage you to add a little holiday flair and make your space festive, inviting and fun!

A BUILT-IN CROWD ALL DAY LONG
You’re not just setting up at a Holiday Market—you’ll be part of the excitement of the Picklelicious Jingle Jam! With nearly 300 tournament players plus spectators and guests attending throughout the three-day event, Saturday provides a great opportunity to showcase your business, products and services to an active crowd.

FOOD, DRINKS & FESTIVE FUN
Come hungry! We have food vendors locked in and ready to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Jingle Jam Café throughout the day. And because it wouldn’t be a Jingle Jam without something warm and festive, our Hot Chocolate Bar will be ready with plenty of holiday fun for our vendors, players and guests!

MAKE A DAY OF IT!
Bring your holiday spirit, decorate your booth, meet new people, shop your fellow vendors and enjoy the tournament action. We want our vendors to feel like they’re part of the entire Picklelicious Jingle Jam experience—not simply attending another vendor market.
