Family Doubles
Returns to the
Pickle-icious Jingle Jam!
One of last year’s biggest crowd-pleasers is back—and we’re making it even better! The Family Doubles Division, introduced last year, stole the spotlight. Among the unforgettable highlights: 10-year-old Oscar Rubelt and his dad Jake, who had spectators cheering as they battled it out with teams Gross, Kalb, Horkey, and Lopez in a thrilling fight for the top spot!

This unique bracket is open to teams made up of an adult (18+) and a youth (17 and under). The adult can be a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, sibling, or even a close family friend or surrogate—anyone ready to step onto the court for some cross-generational pickleball fun!

The format is a classic round robin, and this year we’re aiming to expand the bracket with Beginner and Advanced levels, making the event accessible and exciting for all skill levels. So please spread the word to all the Pickle families you know, grab your favorite young player and join us in celebrating what this event is all about—fun, family, and supporting the mission of We Care Tucson!
